2012 German GP: Formula One (F1) Practice Three Results - Alonso, Ferrari On Top!

The Formula One (F1) series has completed their final practice for the 2012 German Grand Prix at the Hockheimring circuit in Germany. Fastest in the final 60 minutes was Fernando Alonso and his No. 5 Ferrari with a lap of 1:16.014. Alonso currently leads the 2012 Formula One (F1) drivers points standings.
Second quick was Mr. Qualifying - Lewis Hamilton - and his No. 4 McLaren-Mercedes with a lap of 1:16.091. Hamilton has started on the front row five of nine races but is nearly two full races out of the championship lead.
Sergio Perez and his No. 15 Sauber-Ferrari was third fastest with Kimi Raikkonen (Lotus-Renault) and Mark Webber (Red Bull Racing-Renault) rounding out the top five.
Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull Racing-Renault) was sixth fastest followed by Pastor Maldonado (Williams-Renault), Felipe Massa (Ferrari), Kamui Kobayashi (Sauber-Ferrari), and Bruno Senna (Williams-Renault).
Next up for the Formula One (F1) series is qualifying for the 2012 German Grand Prix. Rain wasn't expected today, but sprinkles slowed up the final minutes of practice three, so keep your fingers crossed.
