MotorStorm Pacific Rift is the furious follow up to MotorStorm, one of the bestselling launch titles on PLAYSTATION 3. However, this time it is set on an unforgiving tropical island where adrenalin junkies and off-road fans get to race eight vehicle classes, including the brand new Monster Truck, on 16 original tracks through land, sea, fire and air.
Keeley was voted 3rd in FHM’s high profile ‘100 Sexiest Women in the World’ 2008 poll and has now established herself as one of Britain’s most popular models. The South East London beauty was the perfect celebrity to set pulses racing for MotorStorm Pacific Rift.
Keeley Hazell said: “To work with PlayStation 3 and fast cars was too much of a fun opportunity to miss. I would have loved the chance to have driven the real rally car, but I will be more than satisfied with having a blast on the new game.”
In keeping with MotorStorm Pacific Rift, the Keeley set was injected with a tropical theme, whilst Bowler Off Road, the UK’s leading off-road vehicle manufacturer, supplied a Bowler Nemesis. The V8-engined Dakar-style rally car sponsored by PLAYSTATION 3, is similar to the incredible off-road machines featured in MotorStorm Pacific Rift. The team recently competed in the UAE Desert Challenge in Dubai (28 October – 2 November), where a vast array of cars, bikes and trucks assembled from around the world for the climax of the international cross country rally calendar.
Jonathan Fargher, spokesperson for Sony Computer Entertainment, commented: “The original MotorStorm game proved a massive hit, so we wanted to find someone that could add to the glamour and fun for the latest launch of MotorStorm Pacific Rift. Keeley fitted the bill perfectly.”
