Super model Heidi Klum hosted by Audi DTM Team
Heidi Klum paid a surprise visit to the Audi DTM team at the EuroSpeedway. The super model arrived by helicopter, strolled through the starting grid and watched the race in the Audi Lounge above the pit lane.
At the EuroSpeedway, the Audi DTM team congratulated FC Bayern München for their German football Cup victory. Prof Dr Martin Winterkorn, Chairman of the Board of AUDI AG, Head of Audi Motorsport Dr Wolfgang Ullrich and the ten Audi DTM drivers sent their compliments to the Audi supported football team by a team picture featuring "Cup Winner” caps.

On the occasion of the track presentation for ARD’s live broadcast, Klaus Ludwig drove the new Audi A4 DTM racing taxi at the EuroSpeedway for the first time. The triple DTM Champion and current DTM co-commentator was enthralled by the A4: "It was the first time that I had the opportunity to drive a 2004-spec DTM car. There is a great difference to the vehicle from 2003. The A4 is pleasant to drive and brakes well.”
Before the DTM race, the "1st DEKRA Offroad Symposium” was held at the EuroSpeedway’s Automobile Test Centre. The two Audi factory drivers Pierre Kaffer and Martin Tomczyk gave a demonstration of the strengths of the Audi Q7 in off-road terrain for an audience of journalists and were impressed themselves with the capabilities of the new Performance SUV.
